All orders are dispatched from our Pakenham, Victoria warehouse unless otherwise stated.

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Shipping charges are calculated in line with Australia Post rates
  • Free Shipping Offer - Free standard shipping is available for all orders over AUD $150 (after discounts, if applicable)

  • Public holidays
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

5. Delivery Method

All shipments are handled via Australia Post or its partnered delivery network.

Nakatha is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

If a parcel is:
  • Lost in transit
  • Marked as delivered but not received
Please contact us, and we will assist in investigating with the courier.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided:

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

9. Failed Delivery & Re-delivery
