At Nakatha Australia (“Nakatha”, “we”, “us”), we aim to ensure all products meet acceptable quality standards and arrive as expected.
This policy explains when you are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

2. No Change of Mind Returns

Nakatha does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

This includes situations where:
  • You no longer want the item
  • You selected the wrong product
  • The item does not meet personal preference or expectation
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  • All packaging, accessories, and components should be included
  • Items must not be used or altered beyond necessary inspection
We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless required by law:

7. Return Process

    • Supporting images/videos
If approved:
  • We will provide return instructions
  • Returns must be sent within the timeframe provided
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

8. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
Refunds may be reduced or refused if:
  • The item is not returned in its original condition
  • Parts or packaging are missing

9. Exchanges

Where stock is available, we may offer a replacement item instead of a refund.

If a replacement is not available:
  • A refund will be issued in accordance with this policy

10. Third-Party Supplier Products

Some products sold on Nakatha are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

In such cases:
  • Returns may require coordination with the supplier

Nakatha will manage the process and communicate updates to you.

11. Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items → Nakatha covers return shipping
  • Any other approved return → Customer may be responsible for shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

12. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once shipped:
  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • This policy will apply for any eligible return
